I love this simple sauce. It's flavorful and great for a quick weeknight meal!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound ground chuck
a few dashes onion powder
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1/2 tsp minced garlic or more if you like (I use the minced garlic in the jar)
a few dashes oregano
salt and pepper
Directions:
Brown ground chuck in large pot over medium heat. Drain.
Add tomatoes and the rest of the ingredients to the meat. Bring sauce to boil then simmer on med low for about 30 minutes.
Serve with cooked pasta of your choice.
